Its time for that annual event - a birthday. So come into the store for a special birthday event. For the rest of August a select group of fabric will be on sale for 39% off the regular cost. Although 29 worked for Jack Benny for so many years, I didn't think I could pull that off. So it's 39% off many mature bolts of fabric and some notions, magazine, and books. The sale table is loaded with great buys.

Classes

This month we encourage you to try something new! Curious about Appliqué? Why not take a class and learn a few different techniques! What about hand quilting? Rag quilts?

The newest book, VICTORY QUILTS by Eleanor Burns, is featured on the 22nd and 23rd of August. This class will be very flexible. You pick the quilt or table runner that you would like to do. We help with the fabric selection and block construction. Eleanor's books are always a great source for the new quilter as well as inspiration for the rest of us.

Remember, if we are offering a class, and you are unable to attend at the time that we schedule it, we would be happy to do a private class at a time that works for you! Check the calendar or classes pages for complete information.

View the Fabric page for the newest fabric to arrive. We just received some wonderful baby flannel (panel and coordinating fabrics). The new line from Laurel Burch, Bountiful Blessings is wonderful and we have two different kits available as well as the fabrics.

The new books are listed on the Books page and include two new ones from That Patchwork Place. CHRISTMAS QUILTS FROM HOPSCOTCH is two books in one. COUNTRY-FRESH QUILTS has some wonderful quilts and table-runners that combine piecing and applique.
